Bradford Cyrenians is
committed to the continuous professional development of all staff and its
Service Users by offering a variety of training sessions, group activities
and one to one sessions. Recognising that learning is an on-going process
that benefits all.
We recognise that
individuals will learn and grow in the work/living environment through
different ways and at different times and have different needs, which as an
organisation we will aim to support.
We understand the importance of providing the right environment for all our
staff to learn and develop skills that will help them deliver on their
role.
