We wish to recruit for the following candidate to work at our Re-Start Project
Supported Housing Officer
Working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday working flexibly between 8:00am to 6:30pm
Salary – £22K per annum fixed
The successful candidate will be providing high quality housing related support and intensive housing management to people in our dispersed accommodation throughout Bradford.
Working in a fast paced environment the candidate needs to be highly motivated and have the passion, enthusiasm and commitment towards making a difference to the lives of vulnerable communities. Helping clients to break the cycle of homelessness and enabling individuals to work towards becoming tenancy ready and living independently.

Our services are flexible and user-led, with a focus on prevention, enabling individuals to take control of their lives.
Supported Housing Officer
We are recruiting for the above position for our Parent+ service. The successful candidate will work with lone parents in both a floating support capacity and with those residing in our supported tenancies properties.
Working 35 hours per week, flexibly between 9am and 6:30pm Monday to Friday
Salary – £22k per annum fixed
The candidate needs to be highly motivated and have the passion, enthusiasm and commitment towards making a difference to the lives of vulnerable communities.
The Parent+ service accommodates and supports single parents who are homeless or at risk of homelessness including people and families with complex needs and those experiencing domestic abuse. The focus of the service is to support lone parents to prevent homelessness, to provide supported accommodation to those in need and work with service users towards successful move on to settled accommodation.

Men Standing Up provides a service for men who are suffering from domestic abuse. We offer a confidential Freephone helpline and a floating support service.
You will assist the Service Manager and Supported Housing Officers to offer support to callers over the telephone. You will, after induction, be responsible for support, signposting and offering emotional support to callers. You will be signposting callers to other support agencies and or referring callers to our Men Standing Up floating support scheme.
The job may entail some lone working.
You must be highly motivated and have the passion, enthusiasm and commitment towards making a difference to the lives of callers who are or have been suffering domestic abuse. We are looking for volunteers with the willingness to learn and develop.
A full induction will be offered along with regular supervision and ongoing training. Employment is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
