Duty Support Service

Our duty service operates between 7am and 12am, 7 days a week and is available to any of our service users both current and former. The duty service offers help & support to service users on benefits advice and provide a housing management service. The duty service is also available to deal with any crisis/emergencies during out of hours.

Location

Duty support is based at our hostel at 255 Manningham Lane. The service is available to all our service users, irrespective of where they live.

Availability

The service is available between 7.00 am to 12.00am – they can access a range of help and support such as benefits advice, pay rent, and use the telephone to book appointments as well as access help in a crisis.

Out of hours support

Out of hours staff are available on site in case of an emergency. Waking security guards are also on site.
